Photos and gallery information

We store your uploaded image, the portraits generated from it, and an album identifier so the service can create and display your gallery. Paid galleries also have a payment order reference. Ratings and comments you submit are stored with the album.

Upload only images you have permission to use. For photos of children, permission should come from their parent or guardian. Avoid uploading sensitive documents or images you would not want accessible through a shared link.

Image links are shareable

Photos are stored using Supabase and served through public image URLs. Galleries are accessible through their links. Anyone with an image or gallery link may be able to view it; these links are not password-protected.

Keep your links to yourself if you do not want others to see your photos. Search-indexing exclusions on gallery pages are not access controls and do not make the underlying image links private.

Services involved in your portrait

Replicate processes the uploaded image and the generation instructions to create portraits. Supabase provides photo storage, and Vercel hosts the website. Polar handles checkout and payment information. Resend is used for purchase-related emails.

These services process information needed for their part of the workflow. Their own privacy notices describe their handling of data: Replicate, Supabase, Vercel, Polar, and Resend.

Browser storage and website measurement

Your browser stores information used to continue the upload and generation flow and to track free-generation usage. The website uses Vercel Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website usage and advertising performance. These services can receive technical information such as page visits and device or browser information.

Payment details are entered through the checkout provider. Do not send payment-card information to our support email.

Storage and deletion requests

Uploaded and generated photos remain stored unless removed. There is currently no automatic expiry or self-service deletion button. Download portraits you want to keep; a gallery link is not a promise of permanent storage.

To request removal of your photos or ask about your data, email support@xmasphoto.ai with your gallery link. Do not attach more photos or identification documents unless support needs them to verify your request. Payment records may need to be retained separately from image files.
